What DealPulse collects, why, and how it's protected.
Last updated: August 2026
DealPulse ("DealPulse", "we", "us") provides a mobile and web application for dealership finance managers to track deals, CIT (curable in transit) items, and related performance data. This policy explains what information DealPulse collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
DealPulse collects information you and your dealership team provide directly:
DealPulse does not collect precise location data and does not access your device's camera or photo library except when you explicitly choose to attach a photo to a CIT item.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share deal or customer data with third parties for advertising purposes.
DealPulse data is stored with Supabase, a hosted database and infrastructure provider, using row-level security so that each dealership group's data is only accessible to members of that group. Data is encrypted in transit. Photos and attachments are stored in access-controlled cloud storage.
If you enable the optional Face ID / passcode app lock, authentication happens entirely on your device using Apple's Local Authentication framework — DealPulse never receives or stores your biometric data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we'll process deletion requests promptly, subject to any records your dealership is legally required to retain.
DealPulse is a business tool intended for use by dealership employees and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
