About DealPulse

Built to replace the F&I spreadsheet, not add another one.

Why DealPulse exists

DealPulse started with a simple frustration: finance managers already know their numbers cold — PVR, penetration, which CIT items are aging out — but proving it usually means a spreadsheet that's out of date the moment it's saved. DealPulse keeps those numbers live instead, pulled straight from the deals and CIT items your team is already working.

What it does

DealPulse tracks deals from sold date through funding: gross, F&I product mix, PVR, and CIT aging, all calculated automatically instead of hand-entered. Finance managers get a real-time view of their own numbers; GMs and owners get the same view rolled up across every store.

Who's behind it

DealPulse is built and maintained by Sean Spinuzzi. It's a focused, independently-run product — not a large platform with a sales team — which means updates ship fast and feedback goes straight to the person building it.

Built for the desk, not the boardroom

Every feature starts from what a finance manager actually needs day to day — not what looks good in a demo.

Numbers you can trust

CIT aging, PVR, and penetration are computed the same way everywhere in the app — the dashboard, the reports, and the widget always agree.
